Who

We serve non-profit organizations, small and large, working on domestic as well as international social change.

Our approach  focuses on infusing “evaluative-thinking” at all levels of the organization. We, therefore, work with Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) departments but also with program and technical staff responsible for designing and implementing interventions, and with Human Resources in their efforts to improve staff development.

We also work with foundations and donors who are interested in strengthening the project design, M&E and the collaborative and learning capacities of their grantees.

Want to ReThink Social Change?

When I designed ReThink Social Change Cards in 2017, I wanted to change the way we (social change-makers) envisioned and implemented social change projects. I wanted to break away from linear processes and reflection patterns to allow us to collectively make sense of the variables at play, of the way we do things and the results we achieve.

You’ll find below musings, some tips, resources and inspirational ideas for social change.
